Just a quick post in honor of NATIONAL JUNK FOOD DAY! Really?! We glorify this as Americans? Yes, apparently. Did you know the average American eats 25 pounds of candy and 45 slices of pizza a year? If you’re one of those people, fine, enjoy today, but then take a break from unhealthy habits and learn some clean-eating basics! Wanna know how?
