Insanity was the program that really jumpstarted my health and fitness journey. I’ve come along way since starting with Insanity… I even got certified to teach my own Insanity classes! Ready to “Dig Deep”? There are a couple of different ways that you can enter Shaun T’s Insanity universe. I have pages dedicated to each of these:
Insanity – this is the old school original program. Workouts range from 40-60 minutes.
Insanity: the Asylum – this was sold as the way to “dig deeper” after you completed the original Insanity. It uses an agility ladder, dumbbells, pull-up bar (optional), and jump rope (optional). Asylum Volume 2 is my all-time favorite Beachbody program!
Insanity Max: 30 – this is everything I love about the original Insanity series, but each workout is only 30 minutes long!
