P90X – the original extreme program. Following the Classic format, workouts are generally 75 minutes/day (approximately 60-minute workouts, with 15 minutes of abs 3 days/week) plus a 90-minute yoga routine once a week.
P90X2 – more advanced program for P90X graduates.
